FAQ

What are the nutrition facts in your recipes?

Sorry, I don’t post any kind of nutritional breakdown. If you must know, plug the ingredients to a particular recipe in at a site like Fat Secret or Fit Day.

Can you create a meal plan for me?

No.

What are your go-to meals for a busy week?

Breakfast is almost always eggs and bacon.  If I have to bring something with me on the go, leftovers from the night before.  Lunch is a salad with chicken and avocado almost every day, or leftovers.  I love my slow cooker for a quick dinner I know will be ready when I come home.  I’m also a huge fan of the “Weekly Cookup” on Sunday afternoon, where I’ll roast a huge dish of chicken, bake a bunch of sweet potatoes, chop a bunch of veggies, etc so they’re ready to go for the week ahead.

If I made one of your recipes and wanted to share a picture, can I?

Of course!

Can I use your recipes on my blog?
Absolutely! All I ask is that you link back to my site.

My attempt at your recipe was a total disaster. What happened?

There could be a lot of answers to that question–I don’t publish anything I haven’t tested myself for flavor and technique.  If you make any substitutions or make changes to the method, that seems to be the problem most of the time.  Feel free to leave a comment on that particular post and we can chat.

Can I write a guest post or submit some ideas for posts?

Just shoot me an email on the Contacts page and let me know what you’re thinking. I love getting fresh perspectives!

Can I use one of your photos on my blog?

Sure, but I would ask that you please note/link back to the source.

What if I have a question about a recipe or post?

Please leave the question in the comments section of the recipe posts.

What is the best way to contact you?

Leaving comments on my posts or via my Contact page.

Where else can we find you?

I do love , but I’m really not the social media type.
